THE PRESENCE OF GOD

So what does it mean to continually be in the presence of GOD. I've had problems with that for a very long time until now GOD has made me have a little understanding about his presence.
In exodus33 vs 7, Moses took his own tent and pitched it outside the camp of isreal and called it the tabernacle of meeting where he continually dwelled in the presence of GOD. Ok, now if we back it up a little and go back to the garden of eden, we see that man (adam and eve) had the presence of GOD with him. This exactly is what GOD really craved for. But man fell and GOD still dwelled with them although his manifestations had to be physical because man had died spiritually, but GOD was still dwelling with man Genesis 4 vs 1-15 GOD still had a relationship with man until Genesis 6 vs 3 when GOD said HIS SPIRIT shall no longer dwell with man. Since that time GOD only dwelled with some people.
Now we know that GOD is spirit. The very day you gave your life to Christ that instance the HOLY SPIRIT who is also known has the SPIRIT of GOD comes and dwells in you. That's what makes you alive. John 14 vs 23 ''Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him.'' So JESUS' comandment is that you believe in him and you have the presence of GOD with you, better than what moses had because, any where you are GOD'S in you but moses had to go to the tabernacle of meeting to be in the presence of GOD. But every time we live our quite time and go shopping, or we go to work, or do anything other than pray or read our bibles we feel like we've left GOD'S presence. The reason why this happens is because we have not learnt to filter, not noise but what matters from what doesn't.
Its written ''the just shall live by faith and not by sight''. Turn your scriptures to mark 4 vs 35-41, here the disciples and JESUS himself where in a boat but because of what was happening in their surrounding they lost the awareness that the saviour of the world GOD himself was in the boat with. So they lost touch. That is what we all do as Christians we are easily disturbed because of what happens around us. We should always know that GOD is always with us no matter what.
Let me say this the presence of GOD is not in feelings, it is in the constant consciousness that GOD Is in us...........GANG OUT

Happy new year guys this year is already great and for we  Our theme for this year is #LIGHTERS# taken from matt 5 vs 15-16 ...........
We are all lights and we need to shine forth our light this year as one of my friends will say let's make our light boom, how do we do that.
Daniel chapter 1 says that the king of Babylon found Daniel and his friends ten times better than their peers that was not enough in chapter 2 Nebuchadnezzar had a dream and the king wanted the wise people to tell him his dream and its interpretation the magicians said only the gods can do such a task and Daniel did it proving to them that he was a god we must shine our lights in this pattern in academics, finances, and so on.
So you ask, juwon how can we shine this bright?, its simple by basking in the presence of GOD. Moses would bask in GODS presence and his face would glow and radiate how much more we that have a better covenant than that of moses keep staying in GODS presence and you'll glow.

WHAT SHAPES A MAN LIFE

A man life is shaped not by positive thinking but by simply believing everything GOD says about him. Lets take a look at the major role model of our christian faith which JESUS. Immediately after his baptism GOD said ,"this is my beloved son in whom i am well pleased ". But during his temptation the devil came and said, "if you are the son of GOD change this stone to bread". Now note Jesus had finished his fasting here and there was also nothing wrong for GOD in human flesh to change stone into bread but he didn't turn the stone to bread because he did not need to prove that he was the son of GOD because GOD had already said he was his son, that was why he replied "man shall not  live by bread alone but by every word that GOD speaks". See the word is also the bread of life. so JESUS was indirectly saying man shall not live by bread alone but by the bread that comes from GOD most high and this bread is the word.See as christians today our lives are not made up of what is going on around us the state of our bank account or the way things are on the physical NO, its based on what the word of GOD as to say about you. Are you in sin are you feeling guilty for particular sin you are not determined by that sin the bible says the righteous shall fall 7 times meaning the fact that he sins does not make him unrighteous its just what God says about him that stands. so what is it that GOD is saying about you.............?
